A machine for every station
A transformer passes six stations between bare bobbin and tested part. PME supplies machines for all six, and for the wire and adhesive work around them.

Fitted to your part
Feeders, jigs and molds are made for the bobbin, terminal or coil you produce. The PME-10R is built to the customer's bobbin and tab terminal, and each PME-1080FS test line is laid out for one transformer model.
Standalone or linked
Most automatic machines run alone or join a line. PME-8101 TUWT units link behind a bowl feeder for tube insert, winding and taping, and the PME-1018 passes tested parts on to the next process.
Parts you can source
Automatic machines use widely stocked components: Inovance servo motors, Xinje PLCs and touch panels, AirTac pneumatics and TBI lead screws, so spares are easy to find.
